Refund policy
Refunds/Returns: We have a No Refund or Return Policy due to the fact that any returned items cannot be restocked due to sanitation reasons.
Exchanges (if applicable): We will exchange products only if you have received the wrong item(s) or if your item(s) is defective. Send us an email at jamesandevebauty@gmail.com with your first/last name and order number. Once your email request is confirmed by us, send your item(s) back to our location. Item(s) must be unused and returned in the original condition and packaging.
Shipping policy
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please provide an accurate mailing address and contact information during checkout. We are not responsible for updating an incorrect address or changing an order once placed. Customers who enter an inaccurate mailing address will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend their item(s), should the order be returned to us. Shipping costs will be sent via invoice to the email address provided, once paid, the order will be shipped. Should the customers order be returned to us for any reason, refunds will not be offered.
Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, james+eve beauty is not responsible for any lash trays that are cracked, or any other items that might be damaged during shipping.
Once shipped and delivery confirmation becomes available, james+eve beauty is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact your local post office or UPS to file a claim if you do not receive your order.
